科研成果:
主要从事半导体材料合成设计、钙钛矿太阳能电池、金属离子和质子固态传导材料设计及电池性能研究、光电化学分解水制氢方向研究,聚焦原子尺度结构调控与载流子行为机理研究,结合理论计算与实验探究光电转换构效关系。近年以第一/通讯作者在Advanced Materials、Nano Letters、Journal of Materials Chemistry A等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文80余篇,论文总被引3000余次;授权国家发明专利10余项。主持国家自然科学基金、省部级项目及横向课题多项,科研成果在半导体光电材料与器件领域具有重要学术价值与应用前景。
