报告内容简介：本报告紧扣国家“双碳”战略目标，系统阐述新材料与绿色能源融合创新技术的最新进展。内容涵盖先进节电、谐波治理、富氧燃烧、高效防腐、烟气净化、屋顶光伏、光催化制氢及绿色运输等八大关键技术方向。

报告将重点结合云铝、昆钢、云南磷化、宝钢等多家典型冶金企业的成功应用案例，深度解析这些创新技术在实现节能降耗、提升能效、减少碳排放方面的实际成效与实施路径，为工业领域，特别是高耗能的冶金行业，提供绿色低碳转型的切实可行的解决方案与实践参考。

报告人姓名：范云鹰

报告人简介(中文)：范云鹰，男，1977年03月生。昆明理工大学二级教授，博士生导师，云南省低碳技术国际联合研发中心主任，俄罗斯自然科学院院士，国家“万人计划”领军人才、国家“创新人才推进计划”、云南省有突出贡献专业人才。在Nature Comm、CEJ、JAC等国内外期刊发表学术论文60余篇，获得国家专利授权50余件。 服务国家“一带一路”和“碳达峰碳中和”战略，致力于新材料和新能源交叉融合创新，已承担国家级和其他各类科研项目50余项、海内外成果转化项目100余项，累计实现经济效益数百亿元。

报告人简介(英文)：Fan Yunying, male, born in March 1977, is a Second-Class Professor at Kunming University of Science and Technology, Doctoral Supervisor, Director of the Yunnan Provincial International Joint R&D Center for Low-Carbon Technology, Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences, National "Ten Thousand Talents Program" Leading Talent, recipient of the National "Innovative Talent Promotion Plan," and Yunnan Provincial Expert with Outstanding Contributions. He has published over 60 academic papers in domestic and international journals such as Nature Communications(Nat. Commun.), Chemical Engineering Journal(CEJ), and Journal of Alloys and Compounds(JAC), and obtained more than 50 national patent grants. Dedicated to serving national strategies including the "Belt and Road Initiative" and "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality," he focuses on innovative cross-integration of new materials and new energy. To date, he has undertaken over 50 national-level and other types of research projects, as well as more than 100 domestic and overseas achievement transformation projects, cumulatively generating economic benefits of tens of billions of RMB.
