新材料是国家战略性新兴产业,支撑了经济与社会发展。上海材料前沿论坛将立足于上海科创中心建设与长三角一体化提供的时代机遇,聚焦材料领域的前沿成果和发展趋势,聚集海内外材料领域的优秀青年科学家与工程师,搭建世界一流学术交流互动平台,促进材料领域的学术交流、思想碰撞与科研合作。
上海高校青年学者论坛上海大学材料前沿专场将于2025年11月15日在上海举行,论坛采用线上线下结合方式,将邀请海内外优秀青年学者,交流最新研究动态,促进科研合作,推进材料科学与技术的发展。本次会议由上海大学举办,材料科学与工程学院承办,热忱欢迎海内外材料领域的青年学者莅临交流。
New materials are a national strategic emerging industry that promotes economic and social development. The Symposium on Frontiers of Materials will leverage the opportunities presented by the construction of Shanghai as a science and innovation hub and the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. It will focus on cutting-edge achievements and development trends in the field of materials, bring together outstanding young scientists and engineers from around the world, and establish a world-class platform for academic exchange and interaction. The symposium aims to promote academic communication, inspire new ideas, and foster research collaboration within the materials community.
The forum will invite distinguished young scholars from around the world in a hybrid format (online and onsite) on November 15th, 2025, and aims to facilitate the exchange of cutting-edge research, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and advance the development of materials science and technology.
一、会议主题Forum Theme
以新材料相关研究为研讨对象,分4个主题分会场进行研讨。
1、先进冶金及耐火材料:包括但不局限于钢铁冶金、智能冶金、电磁冶金、氢冶金、冶金物理化学、有色冶金及资源利用技术、耐火材料技术、材料冶金制备技术等。
2、先进金属材料:包括但不局限于核电关键结构材料和钢铁材料的设计、生产及服役性能;非晶合金和高熵合金的制备及结构与性能;磁性材料的计算、表征、制备及其性能等研究。
3、先进功能材料与器件:包括但不局限于薄膜半导体材料与器件、光电材料与器件、柔性电子封装材料及图案化技术、先进制程集成电路关键半导体材料、柔性传感器、光热调制材料与器件及热工模拟、热电材料与器件、先进能源材料、水系二次电池、燃料电池、钠离子电池、材料计算与模拟、功能陶瓷材料、纳米功能结构材料、电磁吸波材料与光电催化材料、环境材料等。
4、先进高分子材料:包括但不局限于仿生高分子材料、生物医用材料、生物降解与环境友好高分子材料、有机生物电子材料、智能凝胶、柔性功能材料与器件、碳基复合材料、树脂基复合材料、智能及功能复合材料等。
Attending scholars will share insights on the latest frontiers in materials science and engineering. The forum will address key research challenges and industry trends, with sessions dedicated to:
1) Advanced Metallurgy and Refractory Materials

年龄不超过40周岁,有志于加盟上海大学与学校共同发展的优秀青年学者:1)海内外优秀博士后。2)在海内外高水平大学或研究机构取得博士学位,并在海外科研工作经历满3年(含博士后经历);已取得突出成果者,年龄可适当放宽。3)在海内外高校、科研机构、企业研发机构有正式教学或科研职位等。
Young scholars who are interested in joining Shanghai University, preferably under the age of 40 with:
1) Outstanding post-doctoral experience,
2) PhD. Degree from a world-renowned universities or research institutions with at least 3 years of overseas research work experience (including post-doctoral experience),
3) Faculty position in world-renowned universities, research institutions and corporate research facilities.

学校简介Profile of SHU:
上海大学是上海市属的综合性研究型大学,是教育部与上海市人民政府共建高校,是国家“211工程”重点建设高校、上海市高水平地方高校建设试点,是国家“双一流”建设高校。

Shanghai University is a comprehensive university affiliated to Shanghai Municipality,a University jointly built by the Ministry of Education and the Shanghai Municipal People's government,a key member of China Project 211 Universities, one of the first high-level local pilot sites in Shanghai, and a national "double first-class" construction university.

学院简介Profile of MSE:
上海大学材料科学与工程学院现有“材料科学与工程”和“冶金工程”两个一级学科,拥有“核电关键材料”、“先进特殊钢”和“先进耐火材料”三个全国重点实验室。学院现有院士6人,国家级高层次人才20余人,省部级高层次人才60余人。学院以支撑创新驱动发展战略、服务经济社会为导向,瞄准国家、长三角区域和上海市的重大战略规划和需求,优化调整学科方向组建了多个高水平研究团队。
School of Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) of Shanghai University has two first-level disciplines, "Materials Science and Engineering" and "Metallurgical Engineering", and "Key Nuclear Materials", "Advanced Special Steel" and "Advanced Refractory Materials" 3 State Key Laboratory of "Advanced Special Steel". MSE has 6 academicians, more than 20 national high-level talents and about 60 provincial and ministerial high-level talents. Based on the goal of supporting innovation-driven development strategies and serving the development of economy and society, MSE built several high-level research teams and optimized discipline constructions to meet the needs of major strategic plans of the Yangtze River Delta, Shanghai and the whole country.
核电关键材料全国重点实验室是由上海大学、上海核工程研究设计院股份有限公司和宝武特冶有限公司联合组建。结合三家单位各自的平台优势、人才优势和合作经验,将实现强强联合,优势互补,开展材料设计-筛选-制造-评价-应用的全闭环应用基础研究,解决国家核电关键材料研发制造的关键科技问题,保障我核电等产业发展。实验室的建设目标为,建成面向新一代核电的新材料开发体系、评价体系、制造体系;探索材料智能设计新范式,实现新材料研制周期的大幅缩短,建立多种新型材料并行开发能力;突破核电关键材料科技瓶颈,推动产业升级,支撑核电发展战略。
The State Key Laboratory of Materials for Advanced Nuclear Energy is jointly established by Shanghai University, Shanghai Institute of Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Co., Ltd., and Baowu Special Metallurgy Co., Ltd. By combining the platform advantages, talent advantages, and cooperation experience of the three entities, a strong alliance will be formed to complement each other's strengths. This will carry out a complete closed-loop applied basic research on material design, selection, manufacturing, evaluation, and application, addressing key technological issues in the research and manufacturing of key materials for national nuclear power to ensure the development of our nuclear power and other industries. The construction goal of the laboratory is to establish a new materials development system, evaluation system, and manufacturing system aimed at the next generation of nuclear power; to explore a new paradigm of intelligent design for materials, significantly shortening the research and developing cycle for new materials, and to establish capabilities for parallel development of various new materials; to break through the technological bottlenecks of key materials for nuclear power, promote industrial upgrading, and support the strategic development of nuclear power.
先进特殊钢全国重点实验室是2024年12月经国家科技部批准,由钢铁研究总院有限公司、上海大学和中信泰富特钢集团股份有限公司联合组建。实验室将围绕国家重大需求、科技发展前沿以及上海市钢铁产业发展需求,聚焦先进基础材料和关键战略材料,开展先进特殊钢材料研究,布局先进特殊钢极致性能高效设计理论与技术、极限冶金和低碳制造理论与技术、极端环境下使役性能精准评价技术三个重点研究任务。实验室具有以工程院院士、长江学者、国家杰青引领的约210人的科研团队。实验室将贯通成分-工艺-组织-使役性能正向设计,实现高效设计理论体系验证;实现宽体客机、探月工程等领域高端、极端装备用原型钢与先进特殊钢的研制;突破先进特殊钢超纯净极限冶炼、定制化高可控近零碳制造等关键技术。实验室将形成先进特殊钢全生命周期碳排放评价、定制化高可控低碳制造、精准评价及寿命预测等关键技术,建设成为世界一流的先进特殊钢研发应用平台、先进特殊钢原创技术策源地。
The State Key Laboratory of Advanced Special Steel was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China in December 2024. It was jointly established by Central Iron & Steel Research Institute Co., Ltd., Shanghai University, and CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. The laboratory will focus on the major national demands, the frontiers of scientific and technological development, and the development needs of Shanghai’s steel industry. It will carry out research on advanced special steel materials, with particular emphasis on three major research tasks: (1) theories and technologies for the efficient design of advanced special steels with extreme performance, (2) theories and technologies for ultimate metallurgy and low-carbon manufacturing, and (3) precise evaluation technologies for service performance under extreme environments. The research team comprises more than 210 members, led by academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Changjiang Scholar Chair Professor Fellowship and Distinguished Young Scholars of NSFC of China. The laboratory will integrate composition–process–microstructure–service performance in forward design to validate an efficient design theory system; develop prototype steels and advanced special steels for high-end and extreme equipment in fields such as wide-body aircraft and lunar exploration; and make breakthroughs in key technologies including ultra-clean extreme smelting of advanced special steels and customized, highly controllable near-zero-carbon manufacturing. The laboratory will also establish key technologies for life-cycle carbon emission assessment, customized low-carbon manufacturing with high controllability, as well as precise evaluation and service life prediction. It aims to become a world-class platform for R&D and application of advanced special steels, and a source of original technologies in this field.
先进耐火材料全国重点实验室(上海)是2024年12月经国家科技部批准,是由中钢集团洛阳耐火材料研究院有限公司、上海大学和武汉科技大学联合组建。实验室将围绕重要基础原材料产业、战略新兴产业、高端装备及国防等领域高温新技术实施的重大战略需求,布局先进耐火材料精准设计与多目标协同基础、绿色低碳制备基础、高温多场多因素耦合服役评价、表征及标准和战略保障先进耐火材料创制及应用技术四个重点研究任务。实验室具有以工程院院士、宝武首席科学家、国家杰青引领、约200人的科研团队。实验室将发展机理+数据驱动的数智化精准设计方法等基础理论,突破耐火材料多目标关键性能协同提升等关键技术,在低碳冶金、工业窑炉节能减碳、高品质特钢与高端合金等领域用先进耐火材料取得重大突破,为我国重要领域高温新技术发展提供材料保障。经过10年发展,实验室将成为先进耐火材料高端人才聚集高地、国际领先的先进耐火材料研究中心与原创技术策源地。
State Key Laboratory of Advanced Refractories (Shanghai) was approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China in December 2024. It was jointly established by Sinosteel Luoyang Institute of Refractories Research Co., Ltd., Shanghai University and Wuhan University of Science and Technology. It will focus on the major strategic demands for the implementation of new high-temperature technologies in important basic raw material industries, strategic emerging industries, high-end equipment and national defense, etc. Four key research tasks are laid out: the precise design and multi-objective coordination foundation of advanced refractories, the green and low-carbon preparation foundation, multi-field and multi-factor coupled service evaluation at high temperatures, characterizations and standards, and preparation and application technology of advanced refractories. It includes a research team of about 200 people, led by academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, chief scientist of Baowu, and Distinguished Young Scholars of NSFC of China. The laboratory will develop fundamental theories such as mechanism + data-driven digital and intelligent precise design methods, break through key technologies such as the coordinated improvement of multi-objective key performance of refractories, and achieve significant breakthroughs in key refractories for low-carbon metallurgy, industrial kilns, high-quality special steel and et al., providing guarantees for the development of new high-temperature technologies in key fields in China. The laboratory will become a gathering place for high-end talents, an internationally leading research center and a source of original technologies in the field of advanced refractories after 10 years of development.
